      Senior Payroll Team Manager – Customer Delivery – Manchester – Permanent

      Salary: up to £56000

      Job Summary

      We are currently supporting our client to recruit an experienced Payroll Services Manager to oversee a customer focussed Payroll advisory team. Based in the Greater Manchester Area, this role offers some flexibility to work remotely, being office based for 3 days per week. This is a fantastic BAU payroll position, managing a large team of payroll helpdesk operators to support a diverse work population with all queries. Our client is looking for an experienced team manager, driven to provide the highest level of customer experience.

      Responsibilities

      • Managing a diverse team of payroll advisors
      • Promoting a customer first culture of positive change
      • Managing the timeline and resource planning
      • Supporting on implementation strategies and timelines
      • Experienced in delivering a variety of process changes

      The person

      • Experienced payroll Manger, with payroll advisory experience
      • Excellent communicator, with fantastic stakeholder management skills
