Job Overview
You will be a key part of the payroll team assisting with the following.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely payroll delivery for UK and Irish payrolls.
- Assist with payroll automation, reduce manual tasks and improve accuracy
- Vendor Management – lead relationships with payroll providers – holding them accountable for SLA’ and driving improvements
Essential Skills and Competencies:
- Experience working with various payroll providers
- High level of computer literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with process improvement and automation
- High level of organisational ability; ability to work to tight deadlines and targets
- Good communication and customer service skills
Desirable Skills and Competencies:
- Experience working on various projects
- Experience using ADP
- Experience with Time and Attendances packages
- A fundamental understanding of UK payroll legislation
- Experience with excel and spreadsheets
