A brand new start up company with ambitious growth plans are urgently looking to hire a Head of Payroll to join them on a permanent basis.
This is a critical role for the business & will need candidates to create the department from scratch!
As the Head of Payroll, you will be responsible for:
- Creating and building a brand-new payroll function. Looking at business needs and creating appropriately.
- Recruitment of new hires
- Working with payroll provider and developing correct software for the function
- Keeping up to date with all payroll legislation
- Creating and implementing SLAs
- Building robust relationships with 3rd party clients
- Working with business owners and other stakeholders on budget, forecasting and providing payroll analysis
- Commercially identifying new business opportunities
