My client, a prestigious organisation based in the City of London are currently seeking a Senior Project Payroll Consultant for a 4 Month basis.
This is a senior payroll consultant position that would be capable of assessing the current payroll operating model with a view to recommending a new/improved operating model.
- review the current payroll operating model end to end across process, governance, systems, service delivery, controls, and stakeholder accountabilities.
- identify strengths, weaknesses, risks, and pain points
- assess whether the current model is the optimum setup for the future
- evaluate realistic future-state options
- recommend the most effective, efficient, and resilient payroll operating model for the future, that sits appropriate alongside our risk profile as an organisation
- provide a practical implementation roadmap for any recommendations made
- present findings to senior stakeholders in a clear and commercially sensible way
- strong experience in global payroll operating model review and redesign
- experience of outsourced payroll environments
- experience working across international organisations
- good judgement on governance, controls, service quality, and risk
- payroll transformation experience
- HR systems knowledge
- provider selection or transition experience
- background in both strategy and delivery
- current-state review
- options paper

- executive presentation
