      Finance & Payroll Assistant

      A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and organised individual to join a busy and growing business as a Finance & Payroll Assistant.

      This role is perfect for someone looking to build a long-term career within finance, payroll, and business support. Whether you already have some finance or bookkeeping exposure, or you’re looking for your first step into a finance-focused environment, this could be an excellent opportunity.

      You’ll join a fast-paced and supportive team gaining exposure across payroll, accounts payable, administration, reporting, and office operations.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Assisting with elements of the monthly payroll process
      • Credit card and vendor reconciliations
      • Managing office and staff purchases
      • Supporting reporting and finance administration
      • Reception and visitor coordination duties
      • Handling incoming calls and post
      • Assisting with facilities and ad hoc office support tasks
      • Supporting the wider finance function where required

      What We’re Looking For:

      • Strong organisational and communication skills
      • Logical and detail-oriented mindset
      • Comfortable using Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
      • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
      • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
      • Previous bookkeeping or finance administration experience is beneficial but not essential
