Your responsibilities will include:

Managing end‑to‑end payroll processing for a large, diverse workforce
Using Dayforce to maintain employee records, process changes, and run payroll cycles
Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, union agreements, and company policies
Supporting audits, reporting, and month‑end processes
Acting as a trusted point of contact for payroll queries
Collaborating with HR, Finance, and operational teams across the business

Looking for someone who combines technical payroll skill with a proactive mindset:

Proven experience in payroll administration
Strong working knowledge of Dayforce (essential)
Experience within heavy industry, manufacturing, engineering, or similar environments
Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work to tight deadlines in a high‑volume setting
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
