Regional Payroll Manager – 12 Month FTC (Maternity Cover)
Location: Reading (2 days per week in office)
Salary: £90,000 – £100,000 + Bonus
Additional Benefits: Generous annual leave, 2pm Friday finishes, international travel opportunities
Are you an experienced payroll leader with strong EMEA expertise? Our client is seeking a Regional Payroll Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals across multiple regions
- Oversee payroll operations across diverse markets
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and deliver payroll transformation projects
- Shape and implement new payroll policies
- Ensure compliance through successful management of internal and external audits
- Support and develop your team to achieve their full potential
Experience required:
- Proven track record in EMEA payroll management
- Strong people management skills, with experience leading remote/regional teams
- Fluent in English and French (both essential)
- A proactive leader with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and best practice
- Proven experience with continuous improvement & payroll projects
