      Are you an experienced payroll professional ready to take the next step in your career? Our client, a successful and well-established business based in High Wycombe, is looking for a Payroll Supervisor to join their friendly and supportive team.

      Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth running of both monthly and weekly payrolls, while supervising a small team of two. You’ll be the go-to person for payroll queries and escalations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency at all times.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Support the Payroll Manager in the day-to-day running of the payroll function.
      • Supervise and mentor a team of two payroll administrators.
      • Process high-volume monthly and weekly payrolls.
      • Administer occupational schemes, salary sacrifice arrangements, and flexible benefits.
      • Act as the escalation point for complex queries.
      • Ensure compliance with HMRC legislation and company policies.

      About You

      • Strong in-house payroll experience, ideally in a high-volume environment.
      • Knowledge and practical experience of salary sacrifice and benefits administration.
      • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
      • Advanced Excel skills
      • Confident communicator with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
      • Organised and able to work to tight deadlines.
