Payroll Specialist
£30,000 – £35,000
This is an opportunity for a Payroll Specialist to work with an in house payroll in Stoke. Great benefits and great place to work. Reporting into the Payroll Manger you will be responsible for running a multisite payroll.
Responsibilities
- Full end to end Payroll processing
- Collation and input of all relevant information
- New starters, leavers, benefits, contract changes, sickness absence payments, allowances, maternity, apprentice levy and paternity pay
- To administer SSP, SMP and SPP
- RTI Submissions
- Manual calculations
- P11d’s ,P60’s,P45’s
- Tax calculations
- NI, Overtime and other deductions
- Auto enrolment
- Pension deductions
- SPS
- Reconciliations
- Analysis of payroll Data and reporting
Requirements
- Excel including V look up
- Proactive approach
- Excellent attention to detail
- Manual calculation ability
- Analysis of Data
