I am working alongside a consumer goods company based in Stoke-On-Trent. They are looking for a Payroll and HR Specialist to join the team.
This role is predominantly end to end payroll processing, however there is some HR responsibilities, as the ideal candidate will be wanting to transition to HR in the far future.
This role is a for a well-respected international brand, and the progression opportunities are endless for a successful candidate.
Key Duties/Tasks:
* Knowledge of NI, Tax and Statutory Payments
* Support the busy payroll department
* High volume, fast paced role
* Managing your own portfolio of clients
* Client payroll experience preferred but not essential
* Provide comprehensive advice to employees in relation to payroll queries over the phone and by email
* CIPP qualification is desirable
* Working to multiple deadlines
* Manual and automated calculations
