      About the Role

      An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Specialist (UK & Ireland) to join their team environment. Taking ownership of payroll operations, system maintenance, reporting, and compliance activities across the business.

      This position plays a key role in overseeing payroll for both the UK and Ireland, supporting two payroll administrators, and working closely with the wider Compensation & Benefits team. This role is ideal for a proactive payroll professional who enjoys process improvement, systems

      development, accurate data management, and operating within a dynamic environment.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Support Payroll Administration on day‑to‑day activities
      • Oversee monthly payroll processing for the UK & Ireland
      • Ensure all payroll activities meet Revenue and statutory requirements
      • Support year‑end processes including P11D, PAYE Settlement, and statutory submissions
      • Assist with payroll‑related projects, upgrades, testing, and implementations
      • Maintain and develop interfaces between HR & Payroll systems
      • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
      • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
