Advert description:
We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Officer based in Braintree Essex the appropriate candidate must be available and ready to start ASAP. Please find more detail on the role below, if this is of interest apply, and one of our consultants will contact you.
Payroll Officer – 6 Months Temp this could go perm for the right person
CM7 – not far from the train station – doesn’t need to drive (parking onsite if they do drive)
Paying £14 – £18 per hour depending on experience
- Must be someone who can come in and hit the ground running
- Full End to end payroll is a must
- Running reports, Processing payroll from start to finish SMP SSP Tax NI etc
- Strong on Excell
- TPS Pensions knowledge would be a bonus
- 1 day a week in the office (Weds) then rest from home – first few weeks will need to be in more
- Would also consider someone on a part time basis
- System: I-Trent – desirable not essential
- LGPS is desirable not essential
- Volumes – 6 different councils 9 monthly payrolls biggest payroll is 1500 smallest is 200
- Team of 4 – 2 seniors 2 officers
