My client is industrial business near York currently recruiting for a Payroll Co-ordinator to work as part of a small and friendly team. You will be responsible for the joint running 700 -1000 employees across multiple payrolls.
Responsibilities
- Full end to end Payroll processing
- Current volumes – 700 PAYE plus contractors 250/300
- Busy varied role
- Weekly and monthly for multiple business in group
- Collation and input of all relevant information
- New starters, leavers, benefits, contract changes, sickness absence payments, allowances, maternity, apprentice levy and paternity pay
- To administer SSP, SMP and SPP
- Prepare and distribute payslips, P45s, P60s
- NI, overtime and other deductions
- Auto enrolment
- Pension deductions
- Handling queries
Requirements
- Great payroll knowledge
- Strong Legislation knowledge
- Pension & Auto enrolment experience
- Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail
