      My client is industrial business near York currently recruiting for a Payroll Co-ordinator to work as part of a small and friendly team. You will be responsible for the joint running 700 -1000 employees across multiple payrolls.

      Responsibilities

      • Full end to end Payroll processing
      • Current volumes – 700 PAYE plus contractors 250/300
      • Busy varied role
      • Weekly and monthly for multiple business in group
      • Collation and input of all relevant information
      • New starters, leavers, benefits, contract changes, sickness absence payments, allowances, maternity, apprentice levy and paternity pay
      • To administer SSP, SMP and SPP
      • Prepare and distribute payslips, P45s, P60s
      • NI, overtime and other deductions
      • Auto enrolment
      • Pension deductions
      • Handling queries

      Requirements

      • Great payroll knowledge
      • Strong Legislation knowledge
      • Pension & Auto enrolment experience
      • Excel skill
      • Excellent attention to detail
