      Are you a detail-driven payroll professional with a flair for numbers and finance? This entertainment client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll Co-ordinator to oversee their weekly outsourced payroll processes and support key financial operations, including balance sheet reconciliations.

      🔍 Key Responsibilities:

      Payroll Duties (Primary Focus):

      • Manage the end-to-end processing of weekly outsourced payrolls across multiple sites.
      • Act as the key point of contact with the external payroll provider.
      • Review and validate all payroll data including new starters, leavers, pay rate changes, holiday pay, and bonuses.
      • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PAYE, NI, SSP, SMP, and pension contributions.
      • Perform detailed payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
      • Prepare and distribute payslips, reports, and payroll journals for review by the finance team.

      ✅ Skills & Experience Required:

      • Proven experience processing weekly payroll, ideally within a multi-site or retail/leisure environment.
      • Good understanding of UK payroll legislation and statutory obligations.
      • Experience working with or managing outsourced payroll providers.
      • Strong reconciliation skills, particularly with balance sheets and payroll accounts.
      • Proficiency in Excel and comfortable working with finance systems.
      • High attention to detail with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
      • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently with internal teams and external vendors.
