Portfolio Payroll is seeking an experienced Payroll Benefits Specialist to join and support our payroll team. If you are a payroll professional with the right skills and experience, please review the details below.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 5 years of payroll experience
- Manage payroll for over 750 employees
- Responsible for bi-weekly/weekly & Semi-Monthly payroll cycles
- Experience with unionized environments preferred
- Multi-provincial payroll knowledge
- Manage remittances including CRA, WCB, WSIB, and EHT
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of payroll experience
- PCP certification required
- Confident with Ceridian Dayforce payroll software
- Must have advanced Excel skills
- Availability to work 2 days in the office
