      A luxury leisure company are looking for a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to join their impressive team!

      Are you looking for the opportunity to learn EMEA payroll?

      Payroll & Benefits Coordinator

      Location: Guilford

      Hybrid working options!

      Salary: Circa £45,000 (DOE)

      Day to day duties:

      • Coordinate end to end payroll for 6 countries including the UK
      • Build and maintain strong working relationships with all external providers as well as internal stakeholders and teams
      • Manage statuary payments, starters/leavers
      • Point of contact for all payroll related queries, pensions etc
      • Benefits administration
      • Process the monthly pension scheme
      • Support on any other HR administrative or operational tasks as needed within the department

      Ideal candidate:

      • Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation
      • Desirable: Exposure to APAC or EMEA
      • Desirable: Workday system experience
      • Desirable: CIPP or CIPD Qualification
      • Strong Excel skills
      • Personality – someone who is hands on, has a go-getter attitude, proactive, Conscientious and articulate
