What You’ll Do:
As a Payroll Assistant, you’ll support our payroll processing team with tasks including:
- Preparing and processing weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly U.S. payrolls
- Ensuring compliance
- Managing employee data and timesheets
- Assisting with payroll tax filings and year-end reporting
- Responding to client and employee payroll inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborating with accountants and HR to resolve discrepancies

- Experience in payroll
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
