Portfolio Payroll is collaborating with a well-established organisation in the manufacturing sector to recruit a Payroll Admin on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll Professional to join a respected organisation who is rewarding and supportive.
As a Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process for seven entities, ensuring timely and accurate payments to all employees.
- Ensure the requiste transactiona are processed in pension scheme
- Complete payroll accounting entries and prepare the payroll journals
- Responsible for ensuring that all employees are paid without issues thereby maintaining a good relationship with emplloyees
- Deliver agreed SLA’s.
- Prepare check and load the interface files
Experience and Qualifications
- Knowledge of Payroll and Pension
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of current GDPR
- Team player
What’s on offer
- Salary Up to £27,000
- Hybrid working only 2 days in the office
