As we grow, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our founding team. If you’re ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, start-up environment where your voice will be heard and your work truly matters – we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding of new payroll clients.
- Gather, verify, and input payroll data (employee details, pay structures, HMRC information, pensions, etc.).
- Liaise with clients to explain the onboarding process, timelines, and requirements.
- Identify and resolve data issues or gaps proactively.
- Collaborate with internal payroll and support teams to ensure seamless transitions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems.
- Continuously look for ways to improve the onboarding experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years’ experience in payroll administration (bureau experience OR accountancy)
- Solid understanding of UK payroll legislation (RTI, statutory payments, pensions etc.)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Eager to grow with the company and take on new responsibilities.
