      A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the well-established software services organisation. Our client is looking for a payroll administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.

      Job Title: Payroll Administrator

      About the Role:
      As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for employees and clients. This role is heavily focused on data input, so we’re looking for someone who is meticulous, organized, and confident working with payroll systems and spreadsheets.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Accurately input and maintain employee data in payroll systems.
      • Process monthly payroll runs in accordance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
      • Verify timesheets, expense reports, and other payroll-related data.
      • Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies promptly.
      • Generate payroll reports for internal use and external compliance.
      • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
      • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and complete records.

      What We’re Looking For:

      • Previous experience in payroll administration or a similar data-focused role.
      • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks.
      • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
      • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
