Our client, a discreet but globally recognised name in the luxury sector, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support the delivery of accurate and compliant payrolls across a range of international entities. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to complex payrolls while working as part of a knowledgeable and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing end-to-end monthly payrolls for multiple global jurisdictions
- Liaising with third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate submissions
- Supporting compliance with local tax and employment legislation
- Handling payroll queries and providing clear, professional communication across departments
- Assisting with payroll reporting, audits, and system updates
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in payroll processing, ideally in a multi-country or complex environment
- Strong attention to detail and an understanding of payroll legislation
- Proficiency with payroll systems and Excel
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required
- Discretion, professionalism, and a passion for working in a high-end, fast-paced business
