Payroll Administrator – Charity
We are excited to be partnering with an amazing charity based in Southwest London that is looking to hire an experienced Portfolio Administrator on a permanent basis. This is a full-time position to work closely with the Payroll Manager. It is a fantastic hybrid opportunity at a forward-thinking business.
The Role
Working as part of a supportive team, you’ll handle a range of payroll-related tasks, including:
- End‑to‑end monthly payroll processing for complex UK payroll
- Manage the process for all starters, leavers, and contractual changes
- Administering a range of employee benefits including Pensions
- Provide support with manual payroll calculations
- Assist with calculating and processing SMP, SSP and Company sick pay
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of payroll processes
- Minimum 2 years payroll experience
- Confident using Excel (intermediate level – e.g. V-Lookups/Pivot Tables)
- Experience with iTrent is desirable but not essential
- Someone who enjoys ownership, works well under pressure, and thrives in a close‑knit team
