Reporting into the Payroll Manager, this role is ideal for someone looking to develop their payroll career within a supportive environment while gaining exposure to a busy, evolving payroll function.
The Role
You will support the day-to-day processing of payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, offering excellent learning and progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the processing of payroll in a high-volume, busy environment
- Assisting with payroll data input, amendments, and checks
- Responding to payroll queries from employees and stakeholders
- Supporting payroll reporting and reconciliation
- Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all stages of the payroll cycle

About You
- Some payroll experience or strong payroll administration exposure
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a busy, deadline-driven environment
- Keen to learn, develop, and grow within payroll
- Positive attitude and willingness to get involved during periods of change
- Previous system experience is beneficial but not essential – training and support will be provided.
