      Portfolio Payroll are currently partnered with a wholesaler who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

      Responsibilities will include:

      • Payroll Administration for new starters, changes and leavers.
      • Calculate elements of salaries, e.g. Statutory Sick Pay.
      • Weekly and monthly payroll processing.
      • Efficiently respond to pay related queries.
      • Provide extended HMRC/tax status knowledge to employees as and when required.
      • Closely work with the People Team to ensure records remain accurate.
      • Produce weekly agency timesheets.
      • Administration for company Benefits.
      • Support department Managers with payroll and Time and Attendance software issues.
      • Collate and produce monthly reporting data.
      • Produce payroll and People Team reports as required
      • Consolidate all payroll data ready for the outsourced provider
      • Monitor right to work documents
      • Production of attachment deductions payment schedule.
