      I am working alongside a sports & leisure business in Tipperary area who are looking to add a Payroll Administrator to their established team. They are a very successful local business and are looking to add a payroll professional to be a key part of their business day to day.

      The client is looking for someone with end-to-end payroll experience and strong communication skills to liaise with different departments of the business.

      Key Duties/Tasks:

      • Technical skills: systems preferred (Mega Pay) & excel
      • Support the busy payroll department
      • Working alongside finance & accounts with regards to the payroll
      • Processing a weekly & monthly payroll
      • Processing high volume timesheets and using a time & attendance system
      • Working as part of a payroll team of 3 others
      • Provide comprehensive advice to employees in relation to payroll queries.
      • Working to multiple deadlines

      Normal working hours are 37.5 hours per week, 09:00am to 5.00pm with an unpaid break.
