**About the Role**
We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis (4 days per week, on-site in Bruton).
**Key Responsibilities**
– Manage and execute the full end-to-end payroll process autonomously for all staff
– Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity
– Respond promptly to payroll-related enquiries from employees
– Prepare and distribute payroll reports as required
– Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulations
– Work closely with HR to update payroll for any staffing changes
– Treat sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality
**About You**
– Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll
– Confident in working independently and taking ownership of payroll processes
– Proficient in payroll software and systems
– Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
– Well-organized with strong time-management skills
– Effective communicator with clear verbal and written skills
– Professional approach to handling confidential information
