      Job Summary

      Portfolio Payroll are currently working with a large organisation in Doncaster who are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join their team. Working for an established business and reporting into the payroll manager you will be responsible for running payroll as part of a team.

      Key Duties/Tasks:

      • Full end to end monthly payroll
      • Manual Calculations
      • Setting up new starters and processing leavers
      • Handling all pay queries
      • P45’s,P60’s, P11d’s
      • HMRC & RTI submissions
      • Audits and reviews
      • Reports, checking cross referencing

      Desirable skills and attributes:

      • At least 2 years of payroll officer/administrator/specialist experience
      • Excellent communicator
      • Vlookups – need to have strong Excel skills
      • High levels of accuracy & attention to detail.
