Portfolio Payroll has the pleasure of collaborating with a well-established collaborating with a well-established healthcare business based in Sale (M33) to recruit a Part-time Payroll Admin on a permanent basis. As a Payroll Admin you will be responsible for however,
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment to all staff.
- Accurately calculate salaries, including overtime, deductions, and statutory payments.
- Maintain up-to-date and compliant payroll records in line with current legislation.
- Support the finance team with payroll-related data and reporting needs.
- Respond promptly and professionally to payroll-related queries from employees.
- Contribute to year-end tasks including issuing P60s and preparing P11Ds.
- Work closely with HR to ensure accurate and consistent employee information is reflected in payroll.
- A desire to learn and understand our time scheduling software.
Desirable skills and attributes:
- Previous experience in client payroll (Bureau/ Practice)
- Proficient using Excel and Sage Payroll
- Confident Communicator
- Good eye for detail, and can work with precision
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
