Key Duties/Tasks:

Leading and driving a national payroll business to maintain and exceed client expectation
Managing vendor relationships and driving KPI’s
Ensuring payroll compliance, and implement controls to ensure the bureau offers a risk free accurate and efficient service to their clients
Managing resource allocation and workforce planning
Ability to shape a effective payroll model
Driving continuous improvement and a customer centric culture
