A new permanent opportunity has arisen working for a global professional services company. This is a newly created role & will report directly into the International Payroll Manager.
This is a pivotal part of the payroll function & will require candidates to be responsible for:
- Managing multiple country payrolls – 25+ EMEA & APAC countries
- Working with the International Payroll Manager to implement new payrolls across new EMEA & APAC jurisdictions
- Dealing with and resolving any escalated payroll queries
- Ensuring payroll compliance to local regulations
- Prepare on year-end reporting
- Managing a small payroll team on a daily basis – identifying areas of training and support
- Assisting with project related work
Although not essential, it would be highly beneficial if you are CIPP qualified.
