Are you a driven payroll professional with strong international experience, looking to step into a role with real influence and development potential? This newly created position offers the chance to work closely with the European Payroll Lead within a dynamic financial services organisation.
As the International Payroll Consultant, you will play a key role in managing EMEA payrolls – with a particular focus on the UK and France – while acting as the European Payroll Lead’s right hand.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end processing of multi-country EMEA payrolls
- Primary focus on UK & French payroll operations
- Deputising for the European Payroll Lead and supporting team management
- Driving efficiency, compliance and best practices
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in international payroll, ideally within financial services
- Solid UK and French payroll expertise
- Experience supervising or supporting a payroll team
- Resilient, proactive and eager to grow professionally
- Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
