      The Role

      We’re looking for someone to join our busy Information Team as a Call Handler. You’ll be the first point of contact for callers, offering support, reassurance, and clear next steps. The role includes answering calls, emails, and live chats, recording information accurately, and making sure every client has a positive experience.

      What You’ll Do

      • Answer incoming calls and provide professional support
      • Make follow-up calls when needed
      • Help with emails and live chat enquiries
      • Speak with people about sensitive or emotive issues
      • Keep clear and accurate records
      • Work with colleagues in counselling and legal teams
      • Manage time well and meet service levels

      What We’re Looking For

      • Good communication and listening skills
      • Friendly, calm, and professional manner
      • Able to stay positive when handling difficult conversations
      • Comfortable using IT and telephone systems
      • Organised and able to work to deadlines
      • Experience in customer service or call handling (desirable)
