      Role: Payroll and Benefits specialist

      Location: Brampton

      Industry: Not for profit

      Role overview

      • Semi-monthly payroll for 150 salaried employees, 20 hourly employees (growing employee base)
      • Full-cycle payroll processing, records of employment, year-end T4s, WSIB & EHT filings
      • Ability to confidently communicate with Controller and HR
      • Manage monthly benefits billing and employee changes via Dayforce
      • Scheduling and Hourly, sick time and vacation
      • Overseeing HRIS updates and changes
      • PCP ceritifcation considered an asset
