Role: Time and Attendance Specialist

Location: Markham – 2 x working from home

Our client in the building and construction space is currently hiring for a time and attendance specialist to join their payroll department.

Overview:

• Code timesheets for work orders and job numbers.
• Enter timesheet information into Synerion (Time & Attendance-Workforce Management System) including employee hours, travel hours and meal allowance among others.
• Perform other accounting and standard payroll duties as required.
• Union/non union payroll experience considered an asset
• Act as point of contact for employee questions
• Create and file invoices into SAP platform
• Work in close collaboration with Payroll and Finance Teams
