Payroll Administrator | Vaughan (onsite)
Our client in the building and construction space is actively on the market to hire an experienced full cycle payroll administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Experienced processing full cycle payroll in the province of ON
- Previous experience working with multiple pay groups considered an asset
- Strong federal / provincial legislative compliance knoweledge
- Working in a fast paced, unionized environment – managing hourly pay cycles
- Good communication – ability to answer employees questions about their payroll, collaborate with HR and Finance teams etc.
- Systems experience with Jonas considered an asset
- Confidence working with excel to make modifications using VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- PCP considered an asset
