Role: Time and Attendance Specialist
Location: Markham – 2 x working from home
Our client in the building and construction space is currently hiring for a time and attendance specialist to join their payroll department.
Overview:
- Code timesheets for work orders and job numbers.
- Enter timesheet information into Synerion (Time & Attendance-Workforce Management System) including employee hours, travel hours and meal allowance among others.
- Perform other accounting and standard payroll duties as required.
- Union/non union payroll experience considered an asset
- Act as point of contact for employee questions
- Create and file invoices into SAP platform
- Work in close collaboration with Payroll and Finance Teams
