Role: Senior Payroll Specialist
Location: Downtown Toronto (accessible by transit)
Our client in the financial space is seeking to hire an experienced UKG senior payroll specialist to join their team.
Reporting to the Senior Payroll Manager the ideal candidate will be:
- confident running full cycle payroll for 1000+ employees based in Ontario
- working closely alongside the existing specialist the ideal candidate will be comfortable running A-Z payroll
- year end processing, reporting and reconciliation experience is a plus
- previous experience working with UKG is ideal for this opportunity but will review candidates without UKG as well
- strong excel skills including vlookup and pivot tables
- experienced processing benefit deductions and vacation acruals
- seeking an experienced professional candidate to join the environment
- PCP certification ideal but not mandatory
For you:
- 80-85K dependent on experience
- 20% annual bonus
- hybrid working environment – 2 days onsite downtown toronto
- benefits from day 1
- 3 weeks vacation
