Payroll Manager – 14-Month FTC
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a highly reputable organisation with exciting plans ahead! This is a 14-month fixed-term contract, offering the chance to play a key role within the senior management team.
The Role
As Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the monthly payroll process across both UK & EMEA payrolls.
- Ensuring full payroll compliance, including statutory deductions and HMRC submissions.
- Leading on year-end payroll activities.
- Delivering key payroll-related projects.
- Overseeing benefit schemes and resolving associated queries.
- Managing and supporting the payroll team on a daily basis.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in payroll management, ideally covering UK & EMEA payrolls.
- Strong understanding of compliance, statutory deductions, and HMRC regulations.
- Experience in year-end payroll processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- A proactive and organised approach to handling payroll projects.
