This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys variety, complexity, and working with multiple clients in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team delivering high-quality payroll services across a diverse client portfolio, ranging in size, sector, and payroll requirements. This role offers genuine exposure to complex payrolls, process improvement, and the chance to play a key part in a team that’s continuing to evolve.
The Role:
- End-to-end payroll processing for a varied client base
- Managing multiple payrolls with differing pay frequencies and complexities
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships
- Ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and adherence to deadlines
- Supporting with year-end processes, pensions, statutory payments, and audits
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and supporting system or procedural changes
- Providing guidance and support to junior team members where required
About You:
- Proven experience in a senior or end-to-end payroll role, ideally within a bureau or multi-client environment
- Confident managing complex payroll queries and multiple deadlines
- Strong technical payroll knowledge with a high level of attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive mindset with an interest in improving processes and ways of working
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a growing environment
