Role: Payroll Specialist

Location: Etobicoke (5 days onsite)

Our client in the manufacturing / pharma space is looking to hire an experienced A-Z payroll professional to join the organization

Overview:

• reporting to the HR Payroll Manager
• hands on experience processing full cycle payroll ideally within a standalone environment is ideal
• managing multi-provincial payroll for 400+ hourly / salaried employees in Ontario and Alberta
• strong practical systems knowledge for ADP WFN
• ability to manage a multi-pay cycle environment
• benefits administration, year end reporting and reconciliatons
• PCP certification considered an asset
• strong communication able to act as employees first point of contact regarding payroll related questions and maintaining the organizations “open door policy”

For you

• base salary based on experience (75-80K)
