      We are partnering with a leader in the world of FMCG, a business with a portfolio of much-loved brands. They are looking to recruit a Payroll Specialist to support their UK and ROI payroll operations. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a professional, collaborative environment where payroll is truly valued as a key function within the business.

      As Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely payroll across the UK and Republic of Ireland. Working as part of a supportive and experienced team, you’ll ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and help maintain the high standards expected within a global organisation.

      This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a structured, professional environment and is looking to further develop their payroll expertise within a well-established brand.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • End-to-end processing of UK and ROI payrolls
      • Ensuring compliance with UK and Irish payroll legislation
      • Managing starters, leavers, amendments, and statutory payments
      • Handling queries from employees and internal stakeholders
      • Supporting month-end and year-end processes
      • Working collaboratively with HR, Finance, and external providers
      • Contributing to process improvements and payroll efficiencies

      About You:

      • Proven experience in UK payroll processing (ROI exposure highly desirable)
      • Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance
      • High attention to detail and accuracy
      • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
      • Team player with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
      • Experience within a large or multi-site organisation is advantageous
