      Portfolio Payroll are working with a leading business services organisation who are looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to support their growing payroll function.
      As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for:
      • Processing monthly payrolls accurately across a large, multi‑entity group
      • Handling payroll queries from employees and managers
      • Completing payroll checks, reconciliations and reports
      • Ensuring all statutory requirements are met (HMRC, SSP, SMP, etc.)
      • Maintaining employee payroll records and data changes
      • Working closely with the People and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations
      Experience & Skills:
      • Experience working in a payroll position
      • Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation
      • Confident using payroll systems and Excel
      • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
      • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
