      Payroll Administrator – Manufacturing Sector (Vaughan, ON)
      Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite | Full-Time | 1-3 Years Experience | PCP Preferred

We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to support our high-volume, fast-paced payroll team based in Vaughan, ON.       About the Role

      As a Payroll Administrator, you will assist in the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a large, multi-site workforce. You will work closely with senior payroll specialists and HR to ensure compliance, resolve payroll discrepancies, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.


      Key Responsibilities

      • Assist with the preparation and processing of biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
      • Validate and input employee data, new hires, terminations, and changes within the payroll system
      • Review and reconcile time and attendance data prior to payroll submission
      • Support year-end activities including T4 preparation and government remittances
      • Respond to employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner
      • Maintain payroll records in compliance with company policies and legislative requirements
      • Participate in audits, reconciliations, and special payroll projects as assigned

      Qualifications

      • 1-3 years of experience in a computerized, high-volume payroll environment
      • Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, or Human Resources
      • PCP designation (or working towards it) strongly preferred
      • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data
      • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and experience using a large-scale payroll system (e.g., ADP, Ceridian, Workday, UKG)
      • Excellent communication and organizational skills
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
