Portfolio is partnering with a leading organisation in the heavy industry sector, seeking a motivated Payroll Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some payroll experience who is eager to grow their expertise and take on new challenges.
The Role
As a Payroll Administrator, you will:
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Handle payroll queries, providing excellent support to employees.
- Gain hands-on experience with payroll systems, reporting, and process improvements.
- Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Develop a strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
- Some previous payroll experience (in-house or bureau).
- A keen eye for detail and a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent numerical and organisational skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
