Job Title: Payroll Team Lead – Manchester (Hybrid, 1 Day in Office)
Salary: Up to £38,000 DOE
Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 1 day/week in the office)
About the Role:
We are looking for a Payroll Team Lead to join a leading global technology organisation. In this role, you’ll manage a small team of 3 payroll professionals, oversee high-volume end-to-end payroll, and contribute to project work across the payroll function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver accurate, high-volume end-to-end payroll on the Oracle Payroll system (a must-have Manage a small team of payroll specialists, providing guidance and support
- Deliver accurate, high-volume end-to-end payroll on the Oracle Payroll system (a must-have)
- Ensure compliance with all payroll legislation and internal processes
- Participate in payroll-related projects and process improvements
- Support continuous improvement of payroll processes and systems
- What We’re Looking For:
- Essential: Hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll
- Experience managing high-volume payrolls
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes and payroll legislation
- Desirable: Previous team management experience
