Are you an aspiring payroll a professional looking to provide additional support to the payroll team during a busy period and assist with an ongoing project.

Job Overview

You will be a key part of the payroll team assisting with the following.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Managing payroll input, dealing with validation and queries from the Irish outsourced payroll provider
Ireland Auto Enrolment Pensions
Managing payroll input and validation for Irish head office payroll

Essential Skills and Competencies:

Experience working with an outsourced payroll provider
High level of computer literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
UK Payroll legislation knowledge
Experience with retail payroll, hourly paid staff and salaried employees
Good communication and customer service skills

Desirable Skills and Competencies:

Experience working in a high-volume environment
Experience with weekly and monthly payroll
A fundamental understanding of UK payroll legislation
Experience with international payrolls
Experience with Irish payroll
Experience with projects & parallel runs
