Irish Payroll Specialist
£18-20 per hour

Are you an aspiring payroll a professional looking to provide additional support to the payroll team during a busy period and assist with an ongoing project.
Portfolio Payroll are proud to be representing a global retail brand who have been operating for over 140 years.
Job Overview
You will be a key part of the payroll team assisting with the following.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Managing payroll input, dealing with validation and queries from the Irish outsourced payroll provider
- Ireland Auto Enrolment Pensions
- Managing payroll input and validation for Irish head office payroll
Essential Skills and Competencies:
- Experience working with an outsourced payroll provider
- High level of computer literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- UK Payroll legislation knowledge
- Experience with retail payroll, hourly paid staff and salaried employees
- Good communication and customer service skills
Desirable Skills and Competencies:
- Experience working in a high-volume environment
- Experience with weekly and monthly payroll
- A fundamental understanding of UK payroll legislation
- Experience with international payrolls
- Experience with Irish payroll
- Experience with projects & parallel runs
