Business Development Manager – Manchester

Up to £35,000 basic + OTE £100,000+ per year

• 8:45AM – 5:30PM Monday to Friday
• OTE Year 1 – Up to £100,000 / OTE Year 2 – Up to £150,000 / OTE Year 3 – £250,000
• Additional £5,000 in bonuses every quarter

We have deals taking place on the floor every day where staff are earning up to £10,000 from a single call being closed! Day to day you will have your own dedicated lead generator who will book your daily video appointments, where you take over from this point to complete meetings, go through demos of the software, and close deals. This means you will not cold call.

You’ll have an insight into coaching your lead generator to senior level, giving you visibility of training others.

You’ll complete at least 6 meetings per day, selling a service EVERY BUSINESS NEEDS. This is a software solution designed to make businesses lives easier when it comes to tracking anything HR, Payroll, Employment Law & Health & Safety based.

Within 12 months you’ll become a “Premier Business Development Manager”, and we expect coming into your second to third year you will then be a “Sales Partner”. This is why your earnings will skyrocket to over £250,000.
