      Portfolio are proud to be working with a fantastic business based in the heart of Liverpool to further strengthen their payroll team by recruiting and experienced Bureau, Our client is going through sustained growth

      This is a great opportunity to join an established team, leading from the front in a dynamic and progressive business.

      As Payroll Manager, you’ll be leading a team of experienced payroller, developing talent and building a first class team at the forefront of our client experience,

      A bit about you:

      • An experienced Clients Payroll Manager, with team management experience.
      • Experienced in supporting the payroll team to deliver a first class payroll service
      • Bureau experienced: You thrive in the fast-paced bureau environment where variety, client service, and attention to detail are everything.
      • Ability to build relationships to ensure the longterm security of the payroll bureau.

      What you’ll be doing:

      • Managing a team of Payroll professional and guiding them through their payroll career
      • Building strong relationships with new clients from day one, becoming their trusted payroll partner.
      • As Manager driving a culture of positive change and delivering a first class payroll journey
      • Ensuring all run results balance perfectly with new customers’ previous payroll providers.
      • Guiding clients on both service and system features, and developing key relationships
      • Communicating clearly and concisely, always demonstrating excellent customer service.

      Joining Portfolio in 2018 to establish the Manchester office and support the Northern client base, Gillian is now a Director. With over 21 years of recruitment experience, she leads the Manchester Payroll team, specialising in senior-level appointments, while also assisting the Client Solutions team with legal recruitment needs.
